At Vedshree, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.
We do not accept returns. However, we offer an exchange policy in case of size issues or defective products.
Exchange Policy
Customers can request an exchange under the following conditions:

Size Issue:

If the received product does not fit, the customer must inform us via email at support@vedshree.in within 24 hours of delivery.

Defective Product:

If the product is defective or damaged, the customer must email us a video proof within 24 hours of delivery to support@vedshree.in.

After verification and approval, we will process the exchange.

Exchange Process

Once the exchange request is approved, the customer must ship the product to our warehouse at the following address That as Shows in Lable & The customer must email us the shipment receipt as proof.

Once we receive the return shipment, we will dispatch the exchange product to the customer.
Important Notes

We do not answer WhatsApp calls. Customers can contact us only via WhatsApp messages and support email (support@vedshree.in).

The exchange process applies only to size issues and defective products; no other reasons will be considered.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging for an exchange.

Customers must bear the shipping cost of returning the product.
